公司目前有軸向高頻疲勞試驗機±200kN十臺、±100kN以及±20kN各五臺，頻率范圍（80~250）Hz，配有1500KN電液伺服臥式疲勞試驗機一臺，配有500KN電液伺服疲勞試驗機一臺、100kN電液伺服試驗機四臺（控制器包含MTS全套測試系統(tǒng)、高速靜壓支撐作動器、DOLI測試控制系統(tǒng)等），試驗過程中可實時監(jiān)控波形圖。疲勞試驗機均配有高溫電阻爐和環(huán)境箱等，可完成金屬材料-非金屬材料高低溫、高低周常規(guī)疲勞測試、高溫應變疲勞測試、薄壁管高溫-常溫應變疲勞測試、材料高溫-常溫斷裂韌性、高溫-常溫門檻值、高溫-常溫裂紋擴展速率等斷裂性能測試。
